Fast Go is a delivery company based in Esenyurt, Istanbul, specializing in fast and accurate logistics for restaurants and local businesses. Utupya Marketing developed the complete digital platform that powers Fast Go, including a fully automated server-to-server order management system deeply integrated with the WhatsApp Business API.

End-to-End WhatsApp Automation

The Fast Go system receives delivery orders directly through the WhatsApp Webhook. Each order is automatically processed and saved into the backend with full details such as:

• Restaurant/Store ID

• Customer name

• Customer phone

• Address & coordinates

• Order ID

Once the order is created, the system automatically sends the delivery instructions to the nearest available driver using the WhatsApp Business API. Drivers receive real-time structured messages on WhatsApp, enabling instant dispatch without manual intervention.

Integrated With Restaurant POS Systems

To provide a fully automated workflow for restaurants, Fast Go is also integrated with:

• AdisyoPOS

• DesenPOS

Through these POS integrations, restaurant orders are sent directly from the POS system to the Fast Go platform. This removes manual data entry and ensures the delivery process starts automatically as soon as the restaurant confirms the order.

Live Driver Tracking with Google Maps

Fast Go includes a real-time driver tracking module powered by Google Maps. Dispatchers and admins can see live driver locations, track order progress, and optimize routing. This improves accuracy, delivery speed, and overall operational efficiency.

Secure and Scalable Backend Developed by Utupya

The platform uses secure server-to-server authentication with Meta System User tokens. No Meta Login dialog is required for users.
